A cylindrical base accommodates the light source, concealing it while supporting the blown glass diffuser. The blown milk glass with plate-glass shading makes it possible to achieve a soft light on the work surface or the wall and a higher-performing light towards the room.
Rama is the outcome of the meticulous details of the designers and the technology used by Kristalia from the outset: a return to wood processing, typical of the area where Kristalia is based. Anapo’s collection of tables, in the rectangular and circular version and in different sizes including a side table. Its inspiration lies in the Sixties and in a specific idea of middle-class home torn between rigour and softness, luxury and functionality, indifferent to passing fads.
Very lucidly, Enzo Mari decided to realize this tables collection with transparent crystal tops in order to valorise the harsh simplicity of steel sections bases. Designed in 1973 for Driade, uninterruptedly producted since then, these pieces can be certainly numbered among the most successful of the Milan master.
