Inspired by the creative chaos of working from home, Note Design Studio decided to create a storage unit that would house their collection of magazines, drawings and objects. The result was a sleek trolley with a distinctive V-shaped design built into its surface that allows stacked books to be easily stored and displayed.
A scaled-down iteration of the original design, the Alima trolley preserves its graphic impact while responding to more compact spaces. Keeping the same castors for easy orientation, two solid wood shelves and a lower, perforated chrome shelf provide space for displaying books, bottles or ambient lighting

Originally created to seat visitors in the dining rooms of the Royal Festival Hall, the RFH Armchair by Robin Day is charactericed by the softly curved backrest and outwardly reaching arms. Rich in materiality, the chair’s striking form is achieved through a process of form-press moulding layers of beech and walnut veneer.
