The Dunas xs seating sellection arises from the pursuit of a transversal design that can take its place amongst the most diverse spaces and styles. This project is born from the wish to recover rattan as a fine material and reclaim Spain?s rich craftsmanship tradition. Oscar Tusquets tries to give a new look to an ancient technique replacing the brackets and bonds traditionally used as connecting elements by the twinning of one cane to the next.
The childhood memories of collecting shells inspired this lovely Bonbon chair. The armrest and back gently connect, and cozily embrace the sitter with its rounded organic form. The ingenuity of design brings pleasure memories and creates a warmth and whimsical vibe for the dining room.
