Very lucidly, Enzo Mari decided to realize this tables collection with transparent crystal tops in order to valorise the harsh simplicity of steel sections bases. Designed in 1973 for Driade, uninterruptedly producted since then, these pieces can be certainly numbered among the most successful of the Milan master.
Viva was designed with a base inspired by letter V, an expressive and architectural form in coluored lacquer finish. Balanced with the sleek wooden top, VIVA is a piece that anchors any room.

Its oblong structure reminds that of Neolithic dolmens with two vertical pieces supporting a large flat capstone, but very much lighter as it is made of thin aluminum sheets and wood slats.
