By accessing this website or placing an order with Made And Make Pte Ltd (UEN 201331433N) (“Made & Make”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions (“Terms”).

If you do not agree to these Terms, please discontinue use of the website immediately.

Made & Make reserves the right to amend, update, or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of any revisions.

All prices listed are in Singapore Dollars and inclusive of Goods and Services Tax (GST), unless otherwise stated.

1. Products & Information

1.1 All product descriptions, specifications, pricing, and availability are subject to change at any time without prior notice.
1.2 We make every effort to ensure accuracy; however, we do not warrant that product information, images, or colour representations will be error-free.
1.3 Variations in colour, grain, texture, and finish may occur due to natural material characteristics, manufacturing processes, or device display differences. These include but are not limited to –

  • Natural leather variations (colour, scars, wrinkles, stretch marks);
  • Wood knots, textural differences, and grain variations;
  • Marble variations including veining, mineral deposits, and natural fissures;
  • Metal finishes developing patina or tarnish over time.

1.4 Products intended for outdoor use may require additional maintenance. Care information is available upon request.
1.5 Certain items may arrive unassembled. Installation is not included for all lighting fixtures unless explicitly stated.

2. Orders & Payment

2.1 An order is deemed confirmed only upon full payment.
2.2 By placing an order, you warrant that all information provided is true, complete, and accurate, including contact and delivery details.
2.3 Made & Make reserves the absolute right to accept or refuse any order at its discretion.
2.4 Title to all goods remains with Made & Make until full payment has been received. Risk of loss or damage transfers to the customer upon delivery.

3. Lead Times & Delivery

3.1 Deliveries are available within Singapore only.
3.2 Lead times indicated on product pages or order confirmations are estimates and do not constitute a binding guarantee.
3.3 Customers acknowledge that lead times may be extended due to manufacturing delays, freight conditions, customs clearance, or other factors outside our control.
3.4 Please allow up to 5 working days for order preparation prior to dispatch.
3.5 Delivery Methods –

  • Doorstep Delivery – Fulfilled by third-party logistics providers. A tracking number will be provided once the item(s) have been packed.
  • Standard Delivery – Arranged and managed by Made & Make. Delivery will be scheduled at the earliest available time between – Monday–Friday- 11am–6pm, Saturday- 11am–1pm.

3.6 Additional fees may apply for –

  • Re-delivery due to incorrect address, customer unavailability, or missed appointment;
  • Staircase access where no lift is available;
  • Delivery outside standard hours;
  • Changes to scheduled delivery times after confirmation.

3.7 Customers are responsible for ensuring that all purchased items can fit through access points including lifts, staircases, pathways, and doorways.
3.8 For self-collection orders, customers will be notified via email once items are ready for collection.

4. Inspection Upon Delivery

4.1 Customers must inspect all items immediately upon delivery.
4.2 Any defects, discrepancies, or issues must be reported to Made & Make within 24 hours of delivery, accompanied by clear photographs and/or videos.
4.3 For Standard Delivery, once the delivery acknowledgement form is signed, the item is deemed to be delivered in good condition and free from defects.

5. Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations

5.1 All confirmed orders are strictly non-cancellable and non-refundable.
5.2 Custom, made-to-order, indent, and sale items are not eligible for return or cancellation under any circumstance.
5.3 Where an exception is granted at our sole discretion, the item must be –

  • Unused and in original packaging;
  • Returned within the stipulated timeframe;
  • Subject to a restocking fee as determined by Made & Make.

5.4 Delivery fees paid are non-refundable. Return transport costs will be borne by the customer.

6. Warranty

6.1 Products purchased from Made & Make are covered under a one (1)-year warranty from the date of delivery unless stated otherwise.
6.2 Warranty applies only to products used under normal residential conditions.
6.3 The warranty covers –

  • Manufacturing defects;
  • Structural integrity of frames and components.

6.4 The warranty does not cover –

  • Wear and tear;
  • Natural changes in materials (e.g., wood grain shifts, leather ageing);
  • Damage arising from improper installation, misuse, modification, or accidents;
  • Damage caused by third-party contractors or service providers;
  • Consumables or electrical components outside the manufacturer’s warranty;
  • Bulbs.

6.5 Warranty service is repair-based. Replacement will be offered only where repair is not reasonably possible.
6.6 Made & Make reserves the right to assess and determine the validity of any warranty claim.

7. Limitation of Liability

7.1 To the maximum extent permitted by law, Made & Make shall not be liable for –

  • Delays in delivery caused by manufacturers, freight forwarders, third-party logistics, or unforeseen circumstances;
  • Indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages;
  • Loss of profit, revenue, or business opportunity;
  • Damage caused by third-party installation, handling, or servicing.

8. Intellectual Property

8.1 All images, designs, text, and content on this website are the property of Made & Make and/or our brand partners.
8.2 No part of the website may be reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
8.3 Unauthorised use may result in legal action.
