Designed in 1970 by Giancarlo Piiretti, plona is a folding and stackable armchair. A truly unique design that combines aesthetics, functionality and comfort.
Created in 1958 for the interior of the Chamber of Commerce of Milan, this chair is designed to combine comfort and stackability. The same concept was revived for contemporary settings, but with a fundamental difference: unlike the iron frame of the original project, it is now in warm ash wood.
In a table, oval means perfect: no edge, no head of the table, no diner and, above all, a form expanded in space. Antonia Astori balance then the top elegant simplicity with a sculptural base made of a malleable as contemporary material.
