Designed by Christophe Pillet
Christophe Pillet has sculpted a chair with armrest for Kristalia, suited also to use inside, perhaps in a modern office or flat, as well as in a garden or on the patio of an al fresco restaurant. The chair is visually striking, not in colour, for it is both sensibly and starkly monochromatic, but in form: the arms sweep out at 20 degrees, while the trapezoidal shape of the rear legs is engaging as a play upon perspective as all four legs can be easily seen from the front. A modern seat, its name is inspired by an ancient sound: Mem; its import is ‘water’ in the tongue of ancient Egypt. This plastic chair with an armrest is made from reinforced polypropylene with glass and print injected into it, giving great resistance with an elegant design of cleverly accented angles and curves.
The characteristic feature of this chair is bi-injection, a process which renders it stiff, keeping this seat in its absolutely beautiful form. The skin is pleasingly uniform and covers every face and vertex of the piece. This sculptured plastic chair with ergonomic armrest is also valuable in outdoor spaces, a quality piece of furniture for hotels, museums, offices and the like, already used to add to choice modern contexts as far afield as Central Asia and Norway. It comes with removable cushions of soft and flexible polyurethane in the same colours as the seat: these provide a touch more comfort.

A diamond changes into a seat: faceted from a thousand veins that reflect light, Meridiana transforms the lines of construction and power in lines of poetry. Suspended in its thin metal structure, it shines in its transparency or its sophisticated nuances.
The Dunas collection from Inclass designed by Christophe Pillet portrays the essence of armchairs for waiting areas or lounges. Its design with smooth lines, sleek and stylish, along with its enveloping and comfortable forms, allows the creation of serene, cosy and modern spaces where one can relax, rest or carry out informal meetings.

Beech rods bent according to a modern technology, seat shaped by modern production methods and contemporary design. The Tram chair connects everything that is typical for TON today. Its lines simplify any interior and are available in a version with armrests or upholstery.
The Tokyo-Pop collection marks, in 2002, the debut on the international scene by Tokujin Yoshioka, now considered one of the masters of contemporary design. The sofa, the armchair and especially the chaise longue and the stool, forget the banality of rotational molding to become sculptures. Unforgettable and unusual shapes.
The overall vision created by the harmony of the beveled shapes, the full volumes and the soft but minimal design is recreated in a more rock, metallic version, thanks to the structure that lightens the seat. A wide range of colors for the padding, covered in velvet, or leather or eco-leather makes it suitable for […]
