Lazada
Designed by Pearson Lloyd
A keen observation of nature and the study of contemporary environments has inspired the London studio Pearson Lloyd in creating a highly original and timeless item, capable of bringing a fresh, new perspective in fulfilling everyday needs: helping us to live better, but also to look beyond the mere objects themselves and the clichés attached to them. The Polar project kicked off in 2006 with the creation of a multi-functional item, freely usable as a chair or table, and since then has evolved into a complete collection of furniture pieces marked by fl uid and organic forms. Today this “work in progress” takes on new opportunities with Polar Perch: a pair of curved elements ofuneven height, that can be placed alongside on another to create multiple compositions, thanks to their complementary shape. The lower element becomes a relaxing sofa, while the higher element can be used as a seating support, ideal for the more dynamic situations. An innovative furnishing concept that allows you to create multiple solutions in widely diverse communal areas: be it a waiting room, a hotel lobby, or a public establishment.

Polar is inspired by the shear forms of the ice caps in the arctic seas, thus giving life to an extremely versatile seating system. The seats and backrests , characterized by their full and sheared forms can be coupled together in a variety of ways, creating numerous seating layouts or options. The system is completed […]

Soft and comfortable, they draw upon the roundness of stones honed by flowing water, and come in a wide range of upholstery. Stone […]
The Doodle concept lies in a unique stitching design. A family of organically shaped seating furniture dressed with a padded removable cover. The irregular pattern follows the silhouette of the seat and meanders inwards towards the centre.
The Tetris modular concept from Inclass is conceived as a set of upholstered geometric units, where different seats, backrests, armrests, panels and side tables can be combined to create an infinite array of forms that can be rearranged to optimise the space in each installation. The modular design of the Tetris concept even allows the […]
Inspiration does not follow regular routes. Only with hindsight does inspiration seem indeed logical. One thing is true, though: inspiration is a source of inspiration.” With these words – at the same time playful and profound – designers Marten Claesson, Eero Koivisto and Ola Rune sum up the coming into being of the Kelly project […]
Respecting the thought of Gianfranco Frattini, the re-edition of Sesann keeps the spirit of the product intact. The particular configuration of Sesann – both formal and functional – constitutes the basis for a system of products characterized by the same structural elements, but declined in unique and fascinating objects. This approach of synthesis and reduction, […]
