Lazada
Designed by Claesson Koivisto Rune
Claesson, Koivisto Rune studio proposes a project that was born from a careful analysis of body gestures. They also translate them into an iconic and suggestive shape, but at the same time geometric and essential one. From the visual form of the verbal language – borrowed from the simple configuration of the letter “u” – the Swedish designers translate the game of three- dimensional extrusion, starting from the silent language of human body. In fact, the armchair “Pisa” is a minimal object, an intimate and reduced space, created to enfold the person, leaving space to his most hidden expressions, but without forgetting its comfort and daily use. Therefore, the characteristic lines of “Pisa” – the slightly reclined backrest and the cut profile – come out when you seat on it, when the objectivity of empty elements, curves and geometric shapes, is balanced by a methodical plan based on the gestural expression of everyone.Mainly designed for public spaces, offices or hotels, “Pisa” is an upholstered armchair with a small size, suitable for narrow spaces, where it can be used to furnish warm and welcoming public areas.

The Doodle concept lies in a unique stitching design. A family of organically shaped seating furniture dressed with a padded removable cover. The irregular pattern follows the silhouette of the seat and meanders inwards towards the centre.
Spin is a family of ottomans which resumes a technique such as “random” stitching, already applied in the Doodle chairs by designers Claesson Koivisto Rune, that traces soft and playful whirls with an almost hypnotic effect. The stitches characterize the generous, rounded shapes of these soft furnishings, available in different sizes and colours.
Inspiration does not follow regular routes. Only with hindsight does inspiration seem indeed logical. One thing is true, though: inspiration is a source of inspiration.” With these words – at the same time playful and profound – designers Marten Claesson, Eero Koivisto and Ola Rune sum up the coming into being of the Kelly project […]
Enveloping, cozy, and as inviting as an island out at sea, this armchair is marked by a more organic shape and loosely structured frame. It fits in ideally in home furnishings and public contracts alike, perfect for diving headlong into R&R as well as soaking up work or study due thanks to its optional table, […]
Simple and monumental, Clockwise reveals its subtle humour only to those who manage to grasp the play of steps that define the position of the legs and the alternation of their positioning in the corners of the top. Born from the first collaboration between Tacchini and designer Michael Anastassiades, it is a table with an […]
Modules with unusual shapes give life to original seating configurations where aggregation and variability take center stage. Additional System is a project by Joe Colombo from 1967, reimagined today by Tacchini while respecting its original spirit: a modular system with timeless allure, still ?futuristic? even 50 years later. Cushions of six different sizes, inspired by […]
