Beam is a multifunction low table made by an old wood, equipped with lead-painted metal top. The rustic appearance of wood, deliberately not treated, allows to exploit its full expressive value. The Irregularities of this old wood have to be considered a quality and not a defect, which thus characterizes each piece.
The Mango lounge chair breathes contemporary life into a classic silhouette. The soft, rolling inside of the chair, inspired by a mango fruit, cut in a square pattern.
Kabu, curve in Japanese. With this name, I stress the conceptual process of the collection design. The light structure is dressed up with a technical fabric that becomes skin and wrap. The curvature generated as a result of the fabric tension on the structure highlights the desire for a lightweight, upholstered frame.
