A Scandinavian design, this chair is in keeping with their taste for fresh minimalist shapes and corners, combined with simplicity and colours that both enhance and compliment a room.
This is no ordinary chair as well as being functional and with plenty of aesthetic value; it also comes with strong foundations and is extremely durable. The arms and around the back of the backrest comes with a reinforced rib. This means that the chair can take any amount of knocking about; it will stand the test of time. It is comparable to the spine of an elephant, hence the reference to an elephant base.

Base in natural oak, beech or lacquered, polyurethane seat upholstered in leather hide or fabric

Supported by a solid tubular steel frame, a single piece of tailored upholstery drapes over the Duvet Lounge Chair like a cozy coat. Tucked fabric creates intentional folds, enhancing the chair?s visual appeal and duvet-like softness.
AX represents one of the first times that plywood was shaped in 3D. The continuous curve of the armrests is mirrored in the frame, indicative of Hvidt & Mølgaard’s training in Danish cabinetry. Their expert engineering of the construction ensures unsurpassed ergonomics, resulting in the design’s reputation as the most comfortable wooden chair of its […]
