Created to complement the homonymous chair, Toy table, lives, indeed, an independent life thanks to the elegance of its stem, strongly tapered. A detail which, combined with the soft lines of connection with the top and the base, gives the piece an intense classical connotation.
Characterized by the embracing shell and stiletto legs, Lago is enhanced by it’s intensifying bright colors that deliberately smooth the entire surface.
Here it is the ultimate pleasure of drawing and the power of provocation: the leather full dress, that reaches the floor, strongly opposes to the only polished metal shark finned back leg. Ed Archer is undoubtedly a scenographic protagonist.

The chair, inspired by a model from 1930 by Josef Hoffmann, blends his interest in Art Nouveau and simple shapes with manufacturing processes applied in Bystrice pod Hostynem since 1861. The armchair is therefore more geometrical, but bears the clear features of the manual bending technique of TON.
The fine linear design, the graceful proportions and fresh colours make Volt a chair that stands out for its attention to detail.
