The inspiration for this unique collection was a collaboration with the world-renowned director Tim Burton, during one of his exhibitions. The Tim Collection was among our earliest efforts, based on the shapes of the glass cloches covering Burton?s artworks. These monumental pieces marked Bomma?s entry to the world of top-level lighting design and set us on our path. Free-blown glass without the use of a form, literally reaches the limits of this size and weight. Unique in the world-wide scale, these lights combine minimalistic design with the greatest examples of glassmaking mastery.
