Born out of the fascination by those big rattan or cane armchair so common in South East Asia, Patricia Urquiola creates her own sophisticated rendition.Volumes expand, braids are doubled, patterns appear unexpectedly and gracefully fragmented. The Pavo collection introduces a strong exotic connotation.

The Malmo lounge chair was born from an imaginary journey along the sides of a Scandinavian lake. It recalls the experience of a come back home with the cosiness of wood warming up the environment.
Design has recently begun to reread the last 80s, a period full of hedonistic sings. Ludovica and Roberto Palomba embrace this input in a collection for driade that combines some of this aesthetic hallmarks as straight cast-aluminium structure elegantly painted and damier decoration.
A diamond changes into a seat: faceted from a thousand veins that reflect light, Meridiana transforms the lines of construction and power in lines of poetry. Suspended in its thin metal structure, it shines in its transparency or its sophisticated nuances.
