Neoz sofas, bed and day-bed emphasize the formal charateristics of the collection they belong to, by building a sort of living nest marked by the hem-stitched tissue whiteness, like past laundry, and the cushions’ softness. Large wheels, though, suggest it as an only termporary luxe.

Even a classical image, as a railed chair, in the hands of Philippe Starck acquires a particular connotation. In Pip-e, the sequence of horizontal elements, which create the seat and back definetly, takes on a strong chiaroscuro and goes, unexpectedly, to accompany the bending of the knees.
Born out of the fascination by those big rattan or cane armchair so common in South East Asia, Patricia Urquiola creates her own sophisticated rendition.Volumes expand, braids are doubled, patterns appear unexpectedly and gracefully fragmented. The Pavo collection introduces a strong exotic connotation.
The 2/3 seater sofa of EMMA collection is characterized by the iconic rope weaving of the back, a refined detail that emphasizes shape and design. It stands out for its elegance and adaptability in convivial moments or reserved spaces in every outdoor environment: gardens, terraces and balconies, porches, patios, pools.
Design has recently begun to reread the last 80s, a period full of hedonistic sings. Ludovica and Roberto Palomba embrace this input in a collection for driade that combines some of this aesthetic hallmarks as straight cast-aluminium structure elegantly painted and damier decoration.
