Designed by Philippe Starck
Here it is the ultimate pleasure of drawing and the power of provocation: the leather full dress, that reaches the floor, strongly opposes to the only polished metal shark finned back leg. Ed Archer is undoubtedly a scenographic protagonist.

An armchair/character, with an organic outline, perhaps anthropomorphous, conceived with leather directly fixed on a fiberglass skeleton. A tribute, to the great Carlo Mollino and to the Danish design of the 50s, led by Starck with impeccable mastery. The frame is the result of a complex and skilful construction: a first outer shell made of […]
Costes chair debuted in 1984, marking the beginning of the partnership between Philippe Starck and Driade. A designer, formerly unknown in Italy, creates one of the world’s most iconic object. Designed for the once homonymous, now disappeared Parisian cafe, owes its timeless success to the absoluteness of forms: a dark wooden embracing structure with three […]
A chair that incorporates the rounded 50’s style, however, ergonomically correct and more suitable for outdoor use. This is accomplished through the side slots, so fundamental to the flow of rainwater and to its stackability. Soft egg offers an organic image that can melt, so amazingly, with the organic unity of nature.

In this connotation Toy is unique even within the design corpus of Philippe Starck.
This project is born from the wish to recover rattan as a fine material and reclaim Spain?s rich craftsmanship tradition. Oscar Tusquets tries to give a new look to an ancient technique replacing the brackets and bonds traditionally used as connecting elements by the twinning of one cane to the next.
Created to complement the homonymous chair, Toy table, lives, indeed, an independent life thanks to the elegance of its stem, strongly tapered. A detail which, combined with the soft lines of connection with the top and the base, gives the piece an intense classical connotation.
NOA dining chair is both sleek and elegant. The tailored arm detail and crafted wood base provides a relaxed yet refined look.
The overall vision created by the harmony of the beveled shapes, the full volumes and the soft but minimal design is recreated in a more rock, metallic version, thanks to the structure that lightens the seat. A wide range of colors for the padding, covered in velvet, or leather or eco-leather makes it suitable for […]
