Designed by Gianfranco Frattini
Tacchini’s constant and passionate research about furniture design always brings the company to discover new shapes, materials and creative personalities, but also to rediscover historical design masters. After Achille Castiglioni and Franco Albini, this time Tacchini’s focus is Gianfranco Frattini, one of the major protagonists of Italian Design from the ‘50s to the beginning of 2000. Even if Tacchini presents it today with a new name, Agnese, the armchair is produced in a very accurate way and with extreme fidelity to the original design. The ash wood structure has different finishes whilst the shell, the backrest and the armrest finished with sartorial seams come together in harmonious combination. Moreover, following from Frattini’s original project, the armchair is accompained by a matching ottoman. Agnese is just the beginning of a comprehensive project that aims to support the revival of a great designer’s style but also an entire atmosphere of interior decor.

This approach of synthesis and reduction, […]
Inspiration does not follow regular routes. Only with hindsight does inspiration seem indeed logical. One thing is true, though: inspiration is a source of inspiration.” With these words – at the same time playful and profound – designers Marten Claesson, Eero Koivisto and Ola Rune sum up the coming into being of the Kelly project […]
The Doodle concept lies in a unique stitching design. A family of organically shaped seating furniture dressed with a padded removable cover. The irregular pattern follows the silhouette of the seat and meanders inwards towards the centre.
A keen observation of nature and the study of contemporary environments has inspired the London studio Pearson Lloyd in creating a highly original and timeless item, capable of bringing a fresh, new perspective in fulfilling everyday needs: helping us to live better, but also to look beyond the mere objects themselves and the clichés attached […]

Their pieces evoke a sedimented ?living culture rooted in borgeois comfort and hospitality. S.MARCO chair, MERAN armchair and VIGILIUS collection mirror the charming image of those spaces, once called fumoir.
